Desert Willow Golf MacDonald Ranch is Southern Nevada’s most challenging executive golf course.
The Billy Casper and Greg Nash designed 18 hole 3,811 yards par 60 course presents a formidable challenge for players of all skill levels. Carved from the foothills of Henderson’s Black Mountain, Desert Willow features 6 par 4’s and 12 par 3’s all surrounded by demanding sands traps, hilly terrain, undulating greens as well as water that comes into play on 3 holes.
Desert Willow will most definitely test your ability, finesse and patience. The course has won numerous awards from Vegas golfer Magazine and Golf Range Magazine. Desert Willow was one of the first courses in Nevada to offer junior tees, making it family friendly. After your round of golf be sure to visit the Willow Restaurant and Bar.
The practice facilities are top notch, with one of the largest driving ranges in Henderson. Full chipping and short game targets to work 75 yards and in. The range offers 5 target locations all on mounds so you can practice those target shots.
A 9,500 sq ft putting green remarkably similar to the greens on the course gives the player the ability to practice various distance and green contours.

< Arrive at Least 15 Minutes Prior to Your Scheduled Starting Time! >
> Cancellation Policy: We have a firm 12 hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled tee time, no-shows, or reductions in player count may result in the applicable green fee(s) being charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
> Age Restriction: Children under the age of five (5) years are NOT Permitted in any golf activity areas including golf course, driving range, practice green & short game area. Staff may request verification of age when necessary to ensure compliance with this policy.
> Pairings: Groups may be paired to create foursomes whenever possible. Singles, twosomes, and threesomes should expect to be paired with other players. Groups wishing to reserve vacant player positions may purchase the additional green fees, subject to availability.
****No More Than 4 Players Permitted In Any Group****
> Shared Carts: Public Green Fees Include ONE Seat on a Cart. Players will be paired together to Share Carts unless a Separate Cart Fee of $20 is Paid in the Golf Shop for the “Extra Seat” including Non-Players accompanying players for the round. Personal preferences or individual circumstances, including smoking, different tee selections, abbreviated rounds, early departures, or similar situations, do not exempt guests from this policy or the extra seat fee.
*No more than 2 persons permitted on a golf cart (no riding on back of cart, lap riding, “squeezing in”, etc…)
> Club Sharing Prohibited: To maintain pace of play and ensure an equitable golfing experience, each player must have their own set of golf clubs while on the course. Club sharing is prohibited unless specifically authorized by Golf Course Management. Rental clubs are available for a fee through the Golf Shop.
> Pace of Play: Desert Willow is a Par 60 Executive Course. We ask that groups complete each hole in an average of 10 minutes. 3 hour finish time for 18 holes & 90 minutes for 9 holes. Groups that are unable to maintain pace and falling out of position may be directed by staff to advance to a subsequent hole or take other corrective action to restore pace of play.
> Cart Operation: Carts are to be operated in a responsible and respectful manner. Carts are to be kept on Paved Paths as much as possible on all holes. Reckless driving or inappropriate operation of Golf Carts will be grounds for immediate expulsion from property without refund. Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from negligent or unauthorized golf cart operation.
> 18 years of age & a valid government-issued driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart. NO EXCEPTIONS.
> Discounted Rates: Late Rates & Other Discounted rates are priced accordingly and may not allow sufficient time to complete 18 holes. No rain checks or refunds will be issued due to lack of daylight or course closing time. Refunds or rain checks will only be considered if the golf course is closed due to dangerous weather or conditions.
> Course Closed Time: Course Closed Time is BEFORE Sunset each day and is posted in the Golf Shop, Cart Staging Area, Website and Explained at the First Tee before entering the golf course. Players will need to finish play at the designated time regardless of “daylight” available or number of holes played for Safety, Security & Insurance Purposes. Individuals remaining on the golf course after closing or refusing staff instructions to leave may be considered trespassing and may be subject to removal from the property and applicable legal remedies under Nevada state law.
> Heat Risk Protocol: Heat-related operating changes may be implemented based on National Weather Service forecasts and actual conditions. Operating hours and tee times may be modified for guest and employee safety.
DRESS CODE POLICY ENFORCED
< Proper Golf Attire Required for ALL Golf Areas & Any Persons On Golf Property (Non Players Included)**

> Tank Tops, Cut Off Shorts, Spaghetti Strap Tops, Sundress without Collar, Halter Tops, Tube Tops, Denim with rips, tears, holes, fraying or excessive wear, Showing of Mid-Riff, T-Shirts, Work Out / Gym Attire, Swimwear, High Heels, Cowboy Boots, Other Sport Cleats, Metal Spike Golf Shoes, Barefoot and Any Other Apparel that is Deemed Inappropriate by Desert Willow Golf Course Staff.
***Management has final discretion regarding appropriate attire.
> Junior Fees: Junior fee rounds are walking only. Golf cart operation is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Juniors may ride on a golf cart if a seat is available at no additional charge. Adults operating a golf cart for a junior player must pay the $20 cart fee and must not hit any shots on the course unless a full green fee has been paid.
By making or utilizing a reservation, guests acknowledge receipt of these policies and agree to comply with them.
Failure to follow course policies may result in removal from the property without refund and may limit future access to the facility.
